Four decades at the writing desk

The Holy Letters

Igros Kodesh

Guiding souls, one letter at a time.

For nearly forty years the world’s mail arrived at one desk in Brooklyn, and the replies went out in the Rebbe’s own hand — each one to a single person’s situation, and answered as though that person were the only one who had written. A blessing asked. A decision weighed. A child’s schooling, a business failing, a doubt no one else had been told.

This is a reader’s portal into that correspondence: what the letters are, how they were written, and where to begin reading them.
